What is a consolidated box?

A consolidated box allows you to purchase items in stock over time, which are kept in a box for you at Kuruma. When you are ready for these to be shipped or they hit the free delivery threshold, they will be shipped.

Next time you order, make sure you have set up an account and use the discount code “KURURMABOX” to remove the postage cost from the order.

To add more items to your box, reuse the discount code “KURUMABOX” each time you order to remove postage cost, and I’ll add the items to your box.

When will they be sent?

Boxes will be shipped when they meet the minimum threshold for free shipping. Alternatively, you can request that they be sent sooner; however, this will require you to contact Kuruma with your preferred delivery method, Royal Mail standard, signed or tracked by 1 pm. An invoice will be sent for the delivery charges, and the goods will be shipped after receiving payment. Each order will be updated with the relevant tracking details.

How will you remember what you’ve ordered?

You will be able to see your previous orders, including which have been sent from the account page.

Make sure you buy everything using the same account.

Where do we deliver to?

We can deliver your order to addresses in the UK.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following places at this time: –

  • European countries,
  • Americas,
  • Africa,
  • Asia
  • BFPO addresses
  • PO boxes

Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and remote locations as listed below may take a bit longer to reach you: –

  • The Scottish Isles,
  • Isle of Man,
  • Northern Ireland,
  • The Scottish Highlands

Order handling and timescales

Orders placed before 17:00 hrs (Monday – Friday) will be shipped the same day. Order placed after 17:00 hrs will be shipped the next day working day. Orders are usually despatched between 19:00 and 23:00 hrs.

We will do everything we can to meet the delivery times above. Deliveries may be affected by factors outside of our control and can’t be guaranteed. We will let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay.


All deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail.


All payments are dealt with by third parties who use bank level security. All card details are dealt with by these providers.

Returns and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, as we aim to ship your goods within the same day, we are unable to accept cancellations. 

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of unused products in their original packaging within 14 days after purchase date. Once we receive the returned items and they have been inspected, Kuruma will then issue a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund shipping cost of your order). 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return items to be processed. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Discounted items are eligible for return but will only refunded to the amount paid.

Kuruma will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to Kuruma unused, in original packaging and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. We cannot resend any missing orders or process a refund until at least 10 working days after your expected UK delivery date.

Orders that have been returned as “unclaimed” by the local postal service will be refunded minus the original shipping fee. We have chosen to waive the standard restocking fee.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

We cannot accept any claims for missing orders after 30 days from the order date.

To return your order, please follow our refund process:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product.
  • To request an RA number, please email [email protected], and provide the following information:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone
    • Reason for Refund
    • Date of Purchase
    • Order Number 
  • You will receive your RA number in a return email which includes our return address. Please mark your package with the RA number on the outside
